Pre Ride Inspection (Basic Motorcycle Checking Before Every Ride) for Newbies

Here I checked the following on my scooter:

1. Fuel level 
2. Tires - tread, pressure, debris 
3. Brakes - if working, brake fluid, brake pads 
4. Engine 
5. Electricals - dashboard indicators, turn signal lights, headlamp, taillights, honk
6. Throttle - does it snapback and doesnt lock, has enough free play
