When I was a kid, I wanted to be an animator until I noticed how much better all the other kids were. I ended up starting my career in sales where I learned how to hustle, and thought of rejections as key to coming closer to the goal, "Oh it's my 5th rejection, 2 more and I'll get a yes already!" After 2 years, I shifted to operations where I managed systems and people, and constantly dealt with people problems and emotional issues.
Now, after almost a decade of bouncing from one place to another trying to find my dream job, I stopped obsessing over finding the dream job, and focused on whatever job I have at the moment. But on the side, I take whatever passion projects that may catch my interest - no matter how unqualified I seem to be for it. I still haven't found what I want to do in life, but I have something I want to do now, and that's what I'm doing.
On weekends, I hike, bike, ride, dive, update my vlog or take online classes in analytics, project management, corporate training, etc. I'm also an accredited in-house real estate agent for DMCI Philippines. If you find anything similar with our interests or professions, drop a message!
Refuse to believe that anything is impossible for you to achieve.
Keep hustling!
