Food Porn: Italianni's

I've always been a customer of Italianni's Greenbelt, partly because of the free garlic bread (HAHAHA it tastes good!). Still, the place is always packed with people. Hence, I don't find it conducive for catching up with friends. It's too noisy and crowded out there! The Bistro Group should expand this branch. 

Anyway, my friends and I ordered calamares, pizza, pasta (and yogurts and coffee at red mango.)

Fried calamari

I'm not sure if I've mentioned it before, but calamares is actually one of my favorite appetizers. I'll always enjoy calamares even if I have some complaints about it (I love Dencio's calamares, btw!). Italianni's calamares is no exception :)

Okay, so obviously, I don't remember the names of the pizzas we ordered. All I know is that both pizzas are differently flavored. The taste, like how I felt with Cibo's pizza, is mediocre - nothing extraordinary, nothing to complain about.

Shrimp Fra Diablo

Spaghetti Vongole

I thought Shrimp Fra Diablo would be spicy, but it wasn't, so I got a little disappointed. I had to mix some hot sauce which didn't make it any better either. HAHAHA Spaghetti Vongole on the other hand tasted bland for me (my office mate who likes bland food loved it) . I think it would have been delicious if there were lots of cheese! It would complement the taste of olive oil and clams. Yum. mee. Unfortunately, I'm only imagining these mixes. HAHAHA

Caesar salad

Well, the salad tasted like salad. More fruits would have been deeply appreciated, because there seemed to have been a shortage of fruits. Everyone in the group wanted a bite of each.

I know I said that I've always been a customer of Italianni's, but that is not to say that I am a fully satisfied customer :)
